Šport TV to Broadcast FIM MXGP World Championship

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 16 February 2017 – Youthstream and Slovenian TV broadcaster Šport TV have had a long and successful relationship of over 10 years so far, so it is without surprise that Šport TV has agreed to a new 6-year deal. Šport TV will broadcast the FIM MXGP World Championship exclusively in Slovenia.

Šport TV and MXGP share a common interest in growing our fantastic sport of motocross, which they contribute to with their constant and valued support of the FIM Motocross World Championship. Šport TV is one of the leading cable TV and also the first sport TV channel in Slovenia. The Company has a 10-year history of operating in Slovenia with a strong track record. Slovenia’s following of the FIM Motocross World Championship is stronger than ever with the fan base behind reigning World Champion Tim Gajser, a Slovenian himself.
