2019 MXGP and MX2 Champions & Team Netherlands take Home Tag Heuer Watches

The 2019 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations, which took place at the TT circuit in Assen was not short of some epic battles and race action but no one enjoyed it more than the winning team, The Netherlands

Making history and winning their very first MXoN, they had plenty to celebrate about. Not only were they awarded with the much sought-after Chamberlain Trophy but they also took home the luxurious Swiss Tag Heuer watches. 

Partner of both the MXGP series and the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations,Tag Heuer honored each of the winning riders, Jeffrey HerlingsGlenn Coldehoff and Calvin Vlaanderen along with the team manager, Patrice Assendelft with the high-quality time pieces to match the high-quality winning team. 

Being partner of the FIM Motocross World Championship, TAG HEUER run the Best Lap competition during the 2019 season: at each and every round of the MXGP season, the rider that sets the best lap time in each class, MXGP and MX2, received 1 point in the TAG Heuer competition. The rider that has set the fastest lap at the most rounds throughout the season in MXGP and MX2 classes, and has the most points were awarded at the 2019 MXGP Awards. This year the MXGP and MX2 Champions Team HRC's Tim Gajser and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing's Jorge Prado won the fastest lap contest. Tim Gajser had 5 best laps during the season while Jorge Prado set 14 fastest laps.
