MX LEGENDS TOOK THEIR BIKE FOR A CELEBRATORY PARADE LAP IN MAGGIORA
What a start of Sunday racing day of the MXGP of Italy with the former Motocross Legends taking their bikes for a spin on this scenic and historic hard-pack track of Maggiora. The exceptional parade treats the fervent Italian fans and everyone present, to a lap of pure joy and nostalgy.
In a celebratory atmosphere, the MX Legends who took the start included former FIM Motocross World Championship riders such as Stefan Everts, Tony Cairoli, David Philippaerts, Alex Puzar, Joel Smets, Jamie Dobb, Paulin Gautier, Samuele Bernardini, Doug Dubach, Jacky Martens, Gordon Crockard, Michele Rinaldi, Yves Demaria, Chicco Chiodi with Harry Everts, Corrado Maddii and Jacky Vimmondalso making an apparition on the track.
Also present to meet the riders were Infront Moto Racing CEO David Luongo, FIM/CMS Director Antonio Alia Portela and the organiser of the MXGP of Italy, Stefano Avandero. The crowd showed their excitement as they made a lot of noise along the circuit and exhibited their appreciation for this moment of communion with the legends of the past. The riders came altogether after the lap to get interviewed and further the special instant that will be kept in mind of all motocross fans for long time.
