Acerbis Best Lap set by Prado and Everts in Sumbawa - Indonesia

It’s time for Acerbis Best Lap! The MNC MXGP of Sumbawa - Indonesia took place at the circuit of Sumbawa-Samota for the tenth round of the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship and the fastest time set in MXGP was by the Red Plate and second on the podium, Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing's Jorge Prado on lap 4 of Race 1 while in MX2, it was also the second of the MX2 podium, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing's Liam Everts who set the fastest time on lap 3 of Race 1 And get his first Acerbis Best Lap of the season.

Jorge Prado is now leading the competition with his fifth fastest lap of the season in front of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jeffrey Herlings who has four.

In MX2, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 Team’s Jago Geerts is still leading the MX2 Acerbis Best Lap with 3 points ahead of Andrea Adamo and Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 Team’s Thibault Benistant both on 2 points.

In order to remind fans of what the competition consists of; at the end of each event, the fastest rider in MXGP and MX2 will obtain a point. The rider with the most points in each class at the conclusion of the Championship will receive a prize from ACERBIS, which will be awarded at the MXGP Awards.
