Acerbis Best Lap set by Seewer and Coenen in France

It’s time for Acerbis Best Lap! The MXGP of France was held at Villars sous Ecot for the seventh round of the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship and the fastest time clocked in MXGP was by the winner of the GP Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP Team’s Jeremy Seewer on lap 2 of Race 2 while in MX2, it was the winner of race 2 Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing's Lucas Coenen who set the fastest lap on lap 4 of Race 2.
Jeremy Seewer set his first fastest lap of the season while Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing's Jorge Prado and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing's Jeffrey Herlings are both leading with 3 points.
In MX2, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 Team’s Jago Geerts is leading the MX2 Acerbis Best Lap with 3 points ahead of Lucas Coenen, Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing's Simon Längenfelder, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing's Andrea Adamo and Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2 Team’s Thibault Benistant all on 1 point.

In order to remind fans of what the competition consists of; at the end of each event, the fastest rider in MXGP and MX2 will obtain a point. The rider with the most points in each class at the conclusion of the Championship will receive a prize from ACERBIS, which will be awarded at the MXGP Awards.
