ASTEMO STRENGTHENS PRESENCE IN MXGP WITH NEW OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 26 February 2026 – Infront Moto Racing is delighted to announce a new official partnership with Astemo, marking an important milestone in the company’s global brand evolution and reinforcing its long-term commitment to elite motorcycle racing.

While the ASTEMO name may be new to some, the engineering heritage behind it is well established. ASTEMO unifies the expertise of Showa and Nissin, two globally respected brands that have played a decisive role in motocross performance and championship success for decades.

Over recent years, ASTEMO has integrated its powertrain, suspension, and brake divisions under one cohesive corporate structure, strengthening technical collaboration across departments. From a branding perspective, however, the company had continued to operate under separate identities. Today, with a clear and ambitious global branding strategy, ASTEMO moves forward under one unified name, presenting a stronger, clearer identity that reflects both its advanced technical capability and its premium brand value.

As part of this renewed direction, ASTEMO will maintain a strong and visible presence throughout the MXGP paddock, delivering racing service and technical support to its partner teams. Its technology has already demonstrated its winning potential at the highest level, having contributed most recently to the 2025 FIM MXGP World Championship title with Romain Febvre and Kawasaki, supported through the combined expertise of Showa and Nissin.

Looking ahead, ASTEMO remains fully committed to innovation and continuous development within MXGP, investing maximum effort into supporting its teams in the pursuit of further championship success.

This partnership reflects a shared vision between Infront Moto Racing and ASTEMO, combining world-class competition with world-class engineering. Beyond sporting achievement, it highlights ASTEMO’s trust in MXGP as a global platform to strengthen brand recognition, showcase integrated technology, and accelerate development under the most demanding racing conditions.

With a unified identity and a forward-looking strategy, ASTEMO and MXGP embark on this new chapter together,  building on a proven legacy while continuing to shape the future performance standards of world championship motocross.
