Fox Holeshot Films – MXGP of Charente Maritime

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 22 August 2022 – MXGP is excited to continue the Fox Holeshot competition for the 2022 season of the FIM Motocross World Championship, together with MXGP partner Fox.

How does the competition work?

Every Grand Prix race, during both MXGP and MX2 races, the rider who crosses the white line painted on the ground at the exit of the first corner secures the Fox Holeshot and receives one point. At the end of the season, the two riders, one per category, with the most Fox Holeshot points will win the mega prize!

During the MXGP of Charente Maritime, there were four different Fox Holeshot winners across the MXGP and MX2 categories.

In the opening races, the starts were won by Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing’s Jeremy Seewer in MXGP and SM Action Racing Team YUASA Battery’s Andrea Adamo. While in the second races, the black plate went to Red Bull GasGas Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado in MXGP and Team VRT KTM VERITISE rider Tom Guyon in MX2.

Heading into the final round of the 2022 season, Prado is way ahead of the competition with 16 points, while in MX2 Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Tom Vialle leads with 9 points, just two ahead of Red Bull GasGas Factory Racing’s Simon Längenfelder.

The Fox Holeshot Competition will conclude at the BitCi MXGP of Turkey where we will officially crown the champions of 2022!
