MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 1 November 2021 – MXGP is thrilled to continue the Fox Holeshot competition, that is running throughout the 2021 FIM Motocross World Championship season, together with MXGP partner Fox.

How does the competition work?

During both MXGP and MX2 races, the rider who crosses the white line painted on the ground at the exit of the first corner will be awarded 1 point. At the end of the season, the 2 riders, one per category, with the most Fox Holeshot points will win the mega prize!

The MXGP of Garda continued to keep us guessing as we saw another shake up in the MXGP title chase. Meanwhile in the second heat, it was Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado who went on to secure his 15^th Fox Holeshot of the season.

Meanwhile in MX2, the starts were again dominated by Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Tom Vialle as he obtained the Fox Holeshot in both heats, on his way to second overall on the podium.

As it stands, Prado leads the MXGP Fox Holeshot classifications with 15 points, ahead of Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team’s Romain Febvre who has six, while Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jeffrey Herlings has four points.

In MX2, Vialle dominates the standings with 19 Fox Holeshot’s while Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing’s Maxime Renaux and Mattia Guadagnini of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing are tied on three.
