Fox Holeshot Films – MXGP of Spain

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 18 October 2021 – MXGP is thrilled to continue the Fox Holeshot competition, that is running throughout the 2021 FIM Motocross World Championship season, together with MXGP partner Fox.

How does the competition work?

During both MXGP and MX2 races, the rider who crosses the white line painted on the ground at the exit of the first corner will be awarded 1 point. At the end of the season, the 2 riders, one per category, with the most Fox Holeshot points will win the mega prize!

During the MXGP of Spain, home hero Jorge Prado from Red Bull KTM Factory Racing continued to assert himself as the king of starts as he added two more Fox Holeshots to his already very impressive tally. Prado made a stellar return to the podium, placing second overall on home soil with huge support from the home fans!

Meanwhile in MX2, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Tom Vialle did exactly the same in both races on his way to a 1-3 result for the second spot on the box.

Prado leads the Fox Holeshot classification in MXGP with 13 points, six points ahead of Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team’s Romain Febvre, while Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jeffrey Herlings is third with four. In MX2, Vialle also leads with 13 points with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Mattia Guadagnini second with three, tied on points with Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing’s Maxime Renaux.

The Fox Holeshot competition will continue this weekend at the MXGP of Trentino!
