FOX Holeshot: MNC MXGP of Sumbawa - Indonesia

MXGP is happy to continue the running of the FOX Holeshot competition through the tenth round of the 2023 FIM Motocross World Championship season together with MXGP Partner FOX.

The MNC MXGP of Sumbawa - Indonesia was held in Sumbawa-Samota and was the first round of the double header in Indonesia and it was Kawasaki Racing Team’s Romain Febvre who clinched both FOX Holeshot of the day in MXGP. The French rider and winner of the Grand Prix of Sumbawa – Indonesia got his 2^nd and 3^rd FOX Holeshot while Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado leads the competition with eight.

In MX2, Monster Energy Yamaha factory MX2 Team’s Jago Geerts clinched the first FOX Holeshots this weekend while it was Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Sacha Coenen who took the second FOX Holeshot and his first of the season. The leader of the competition in now Jago Geerts who is now on four FOX Holeshots in front of Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Lucas Coenen and Red Bull GASGAS Fatcory Racing’s Simon Laengenfelder both with 3 FOX Holeshots each.

The way it works is that 1 point is awarded per MXGP and MX2 Championship race. The first rider who crosses the white line painted on the ground at the exit of the first corner will be given a point. At the end of the season the 2 riders - one per category - with the most FOX Holeshot points will win a mega prize.
