Get well Mel!

Monster Energy DRT Kawasaki Racing’s Mel Pocock suffered a severe injury to his arm while racing his national series in England a couple of weeks ago. The always smiley Brit has been through more than thirty hours of surgery, which has resulted in a skin grafted hand and half a thumb. At this point there is no further on how long the injury will take to heal, it is just a waiting game.

Speaking to the Monster Energy DRT Kawasaki Racing team owner Steve Dixon, he said “we are gutted about Mel’s injury but we are determined to do everything we can to assist him in his recovery, and when he is able to ride again, we will help him in every way possible”.

Get well soon Mel Pocock! MX2 misses you.
