Hakon Fredriksen Injury Update
Hakon Fredriksen from Riley Racing missed the start of the season due to a surgery he recently had to go through. The lower arm of Fredriksen, which he injured at the end of last year, was unfortunately not healed properly because of an infection on the bone.
Fredriksen reassured everyone on his Instagram that after a succesful surgery, he is already focus on the recovery:
'I had surgery on my arm yesterday which was successful. They removed all the infected areas and bones. They used bone from my hip to replace the bone they took away from my arm. Now I will focus on a good recovery and hopefully I'II be back on the bike shortly. Thanks to my team, sponsors and everyone around for supporting me ‘
