MXGP AND PIRELLI POWER FORWARD WITH RENEWED PARTNERSHIP UNTIL 2028

BARILOCHE (Patagonia - Argentina) 4 March 2026 – Infront Moto Racing is pleased to announce the renewal of its long-standing collaboration with Pirelli, confirming the Italian manufacturer as an Tyre Partner of the FIM Motocross World Championship in a new three‑year agreement running through the end of 2028.

Pirelli’s connection with the MXGP spans several decades, during which the series has served as a vital environment for the development and validation of tyres that are not prototypes, but standard products available to riders worldwide. This philosophy continues to underline the brand’s approach to motocross competition at the highest level.

The performance of the SCORPION™ MX32™ Mid Soft tyre (see photos), alongside the SCORPION™ MX32™ Soft, has demonstrated Pirelli’s competitive strength throughout the championship. During the 2025 season, riders equipped with SCORPION™ MX32™ tyres claimed victory in 16 of the 20 Grands Prix, secured 17 pole positions and won 30 of the 39 races contested.

Over its rich history in the discipline, Pirelli has accumulated an impressive 83 FIM Motocross World Titles from 1980 to today, achieved together with some of the sport’s most iconic names, including Stefan Everts, Antonio Cairoli, André Malherbe, Eric Geboers, Joël Smets, David Thorpe, Jeffrey Herlings, Romain Febvre, Tim Gajser and Jorge Prado.

The continued partnership reflects a shared commitment between Infront Moto Racing and Pirelli to push performance standards while ensuring that innovations developed on the world stage translate directly to products available for everyday riders.

With the renewed agreement in place, Pirelli will remain a key technical partner in MXGP’s ongoing evolution, supporting teams and riders as the championship continues to grow worldwide.
