NICOLAI SKOVBJERG, FACTORY DUCATI RIDER IN THE FIM MOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

In 2027, the Danish rider will partner Ferruccio Zanchi in MX2.

As the 2026 EMX250 European Championship runner-up—competing in his third season following two years in EMX125—Danish rider Nicolai Berg Skovbjerg (born August 25 2006, in Padborg, Southern Jutland, Denmark) has been racing motocross since 2009. In 2026, he secured three overall victories—winning in Sardinia, Belgium, and the Netherlands—demonstrating a knack for challenging sandy terrain. In 2027, Skovbjerg will make his MX2 debut riding the Desmo250 MX for the Beddini Racing Ducati MX2 Factory Team, alongside Ferruccio Zanchi.

Nicolai Skovbjerg: “I’m really proud and excited to announce that I’ll be joining Beddini Racing Factory Ducati for the 2027 MX2 World Championship. It’s a huge step in my career and a dream come true. I’m really looking forward to starting this new chapter, working with the team and giving it everything I have. I can’t wait to get started. Let’s go!”
