Among the notable riders present were local hero Jorge Prado of Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing, Team HRC’s Rubén Fernandez, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jeffrey Herlings and Andrea Adamo, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP Team’s Andrea Bonacorsi, MX2 red plate Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Kay de Wolf, Bike It Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team’s Jack Chambers, Fantic Factory Racing MX2’s David Braceras, WZ Racing Team’s Oriol Oliver, TM Moto Steels Dr Jack’s Yago Martinez as well as RFME Spain National Team’s Daniela Guillen, F&H Racing Team’s Courtney Duncan, De Baets Yamaha MX-Team’s Lotte Van Drunen and EMX125 spanish riders from the RFME Spain National Team.

It was a touching gesture when local hero and defending World Champion Prado gifted two tickets to the Grand Prix to two young fans and their families.

Following the event, the group proceeded to the Xunta de Galicia Theater for a signing session, held in the modern building adjacent to the Roman walls. Local fans of Lugo had the opportunity to meet their favourite heroes, share in the excitement, and collect signed posters and souvenirs.

With the festivities underway, all eyes are now on the MXGP of Galicia as riders gear up for a thrilling and important weekend for the Championship as the current gap at the top in MXGP makes it totally predicatable.
