SWEDISH FANS THRILLED AS MXGP STARS LAUNCH THE MXGP OF SWEDEN WITH EXCITING SIGNING EVENT

UDDEVALLA (Sweden), 9 August 2024 – The MXGP of Sweden roared to life with an exhilarating start on Friday at the Torp Shopping Center near Uddevalla. Fans of all ages gathered to the well-organized event, eager to meet their favourite riders. While they happily awaited the stars of the show, the crowd was treated to a thrilling freestyle display in front of the mall from Elliot Gröndahl, keeping the energy high just before the signing session.

The media event saw a host of top riders making the short journey from the Glimminge Motorstadion, much to the delight of the gathered fans. Attendees had the unique opportunity to get up close with some of the sport's biggest heroes, including Jeffrey Herlings from Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, Kawasaki Racing Team’s Romain Febvre and Jeremy Seewer, Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado and Simon Laengenfelder, Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MX2’s Rick Elzinga and Ivano Van Erp, Ferruccio Zanchi from Team HRC, Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Mattia Guadagnini and Team Ship To Cycle Honda SR Motoblouz’s Kevin Horgmo,

Fans also had many local heroes such as JK Racing Yamaha’s Isak Gifting and JWR Honda Racing’s Alvin Östlund and Leoparden Racing's Leopold Ambjörnson, along with other Swedish talents including, Sandro Sols, August Frisk, Albin Gerhardsson, Casper Lindmark, Hugo Forsgren, Liam Hanström, and Arvid Luning.

This fantastic signing session set the stage for what promises to be yet another thrilling MXGP of Sweden, as the passionate Swedish fans turned out in force to show their support and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was electric, marking the perfect kickoff to an unforgettable weekend of racing action in Uddevalla where the MXGP and MX2 class will battle hard along with supporting classes of EMX250 and EMX125 Presented by FMF Racing.
